Skuld House provides credit education and funding strategy. While I bring real-world experience and proven methods, I am not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, credit repair organization, or tax professional. Sessions are for educational and strategic purposes and should not be considered a substitute for licensed professional advice.
2. Ownership of Results
I’m committed to helping you make informed, strategic moves—but outcomes depend on many factors outside of my control (including lender decisions and personal financial behavior). No guarantees can be made, and you are responsible for how you choose to use the information discussed.
3. Confidentiality & Data
You may choose to share personal or financial information during the session to improve its effectiveness. I treat this information with respect and do not record or share anything discussed. However, I cannot guarantee confidentiality on third-party platforms (e.g., screen share, Zoom), and you accept that risk when participating.
4. Scope of Engagement
Our session is a one-time educational conversation. It does not create a long-term client-professional relationship unless we explicitly agree to additional services later.
